Pre ordered 2 copies, received 1 pre order code?

I'm concerned as I ordered 2 copies because I have 2 FFXIV accounts to buy for, one for me and one for a friend. But I only received 1 code in my email.
Surely I should have received 2 codes for ordering 2 copies?

Anyone else ordered 2 and have the same issues?

Yeah have done already. I asked Twitter too but they replied to contact support.
Just thought maybe someone has already asked about it and knows on here. Shame I might have to wait a couple of decades to get a reply. Just worrying as my friend wants a code too otherwise there would have been no point on me ordering 2 copies.

I ordered 2 copies and when I click the download code link, I had 2 codes that were separated by a | character. I wish they had put them on separate lines as I almost mistakenly thought I got 1 code.

I have the same Problem as you, I also contacted the Support and will put their answer here when i get it.

*Edit: did not get an answer but the second mail just came a bit later, so maybe it is the same for you.
Alternatively you can go to http://eu.square-enix.com and check your Profil Information your codes shoud be shown there.

Just got home from work and yes another email come through Only too 3.5hours lol but I have both codes now.
SE also got back to me with an email saying:

We thank you for your interest in Square Enix games.

Please note that emails are sent by batch. we would therefore ask for your patience until the second item arrives.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

But all is ok now that I have to codes. Hopefully everyone else has this issue solved too.
