You have one of the best games I ever played with the worse websites and customer support I've ever seen.

You have like 3 websites for one game. Due to this, I created 2 different accounts thinking that one website required a different ID. I was still thinking that everything was linked. Got Crysta and I found out that I was wrong. Not linked! So after 3 hours of wait for live chat (can't call you guys because you don't have a 1-800 number!) I got a rude agent who told me it was my fault and basically laughed at me. He told me he would escalate it.

Today, 3 more hours wait for live chat. My issue was NEVER escalated and there's no trace of it. So now, it's escalated again for the first time and marked as urgent and urgent means it could still take 2 weeks. Not getting CE until this is resolved. Gone by then, oh well.

ps: Why do you push back customers in the live chat queue? Issue seem complicated, let's get rid of it by putting customer back at the end of the queue?
