The Broken Pre-order codes

So i just saw a post by a community dev regarding this stating they've sent out extra codes for the people with broken ones, im just curious as of the dispatches of these because i pre-ordered today and i've not received a replacement code and the same for a few others i know.

Looking at your forum profile you wrote that your location is the UK, so am I safe to assume you're referring to the European edition and it's saying that the code has already been redeemed?
If not, can you please provide more information so we're able to assist you? What site did you pre-order from and when? How many digits is the code? Where did you try to redeem it?

That additional information will be helpful to better assist you!

For reference, we had an issue on the NA store where some pre-order codes (18-digit, AAAAAA-123-AAAAAA-123 style codes) were producing errors on the pre-order site. We corrected the issue and sent new codes to those that were affected.

If it's the pre-order code they emailed you, it said in the mail:

This code will not be active until closer to the launch of the Early Access period, starting 19th June 2015. We will email you again soon when your code can be redeemed.

This is a different code to the pre-order code (different format XXXXX XXXXX XXXXX XXXXX XXXXX)

Hi ..i was one in NA with problem with code too but it was fix when somone on forum said to try with space and no "-" .. and it's worked i was able to redeem it if that can help

Im Getting an invalid code error when i try to register my own code as well.

Im EU so the pre order code is an XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX type. Problem is when I copy paste the code over its too long to fit. Even removing the spaces is only leaving me with an invalid code. Seems the code should be a XXXXXX-000-XXXXXX-000 code. Confused here Q_Q.

As I mentioned here in this post, the EU online store is providing Mog Station (or PSN) codes directly to users that purchase from their store (20-digits is a Mog Station code) and you do not need to visit the pre-order site. Did your email instructions point you to go to the pre-order website? If so, that may be something we have to look into!

Someone got this its the same as mine. Kinda vague as it says you redeem the code closer to the time. If the code is applied directly to my account thats fine but when I logged into mogstation it shows nothing theres nothing on it atm to say if I got the preorder status. Whole process seems a bit messy atm expecially since when I've preordered the expansion theres no way to verify its all done atm. At least the expansion is 3 months away so plenty of time to sort the issues, heaven help yas all tho if we get these things happening days before Early Access launch! D:
