HELP: Player not AFK and not responding for 3 days straight?

So I have a player in my FC on Zalera that has been online for 3 days straight but she's not AFK. She's also not responding to any messages. Honestly she was added through another member, so I don't know her personally. She's not much of a talker, but she has responded a few times to one of my officers in the FC. We're kinda concerned about her. She's in Lower La Noscea, and we searched everywhere for her. We're thinking maybe she got disconnected and it's just showing her online, but yeah, not sure what could be up with this strange situation.

I hope nothing has happend to her and this is just a error with the game. I do recommend you send a ticket via the support section for faster responds.

It is possible to shut off auto AFK in the options menu, so you can be AFK but not have the status.

She may have rage quit in a dungeon/instance in Lower La Noscea (can't think of what it could be - a job quest perhaps). If you quit during an instance it shows you as still being online until you next login. I got worried about a friend that was showing as being in Snowcloak for over 3 weeks. I'd contacted him via Twitter after a day or so and found out he'd rage quit. It was only maintenance that kicked him out!

This is a familiar problem I have seen. One in an old FC and it is happening again to a member in a new FC. I know why it is happening now on the new FC. My friend was playing during the free weekend because his subscription was up. Doing a job quest for ninja, he said that during the battle for the quest he got disconnected and wasn't able to log back in due to the free weekend being over, but now it permanently shows him as online, in Corethas in a battle sequence. I have told him to fill out a bug report and now I'm waiting to see if he finally goes 'offline'. Hopefully your problem is the same and easily fixed.

On Saturday we had that bizarre datacenter maintenance that kicked a lot of people off and didn't let them get back on (but still showed them as online); perhaps she was victim to that?

This happened to a friend of mine who recently got the game and hit 50. He decided to do Castrum for the first time as WHM and had a bad experience and ended up ragequitting in the middle of the fight.

He didn't play for a few weeks because of it, but the whole time, my friends list said he was in Castrum.

I got disconnected in Titan Ex one time for days...People were thinking I got raped by Titan never to go back to the real world. lol

Well, my alt was 2002 errored a few days ago during the maintenance and I logged into my other alt to find her at the place she last was, she was not there~ :P She probably just knocked off and hasn't gotten back on so it still shows her there, where she was kicked.
