That pretty much is the reason lol. It's for someone to gloat that they won, and to serve as a means for people to 1) be jealous and 2) know that it is possible to win.As the only way to justify this all (as some do): It is supposed to be unfair. Very unfair. That what lotteries are. Unfair. On purpose. Few winners, millions of losers.
They were designed to rob the poor with this wonderful illusion to get rich. In this game it does not work this way, of course It's just there to... don't know. Make people hate the winners or so (that's why you can read their names! ô_ô). Hard to tell.
