Recruit a Friend, What am I doing wrong?

I went to the Recruit a friend page

Went to Mog station,
Found Recruit a Friend under the Your Account tab,
Clicked on it and entered his email address in the line and modified the play this game message.

But it only gives me a back option. Not a send option.

Did I miss something?

Only the back button is available until some form of text is entered into the e-mail area. Try refreshing the page and trying again, or through a different web browser.

Also note, that you only get to send one per 24 hours, I believe.

I'll have to try another browser.

Because when I entered the email and something in the text area nothing changed, including the word count at the bottom.

I swapped browsers and it worked right away.
