    This really has nothing to do with ffxiv but I've been hearing from different players that ffxi is going away anyone heard anything about that?

    They have an official stream going live on Thursday at 3am about an important announcement in regards to the future of Final Fantasy XI.

    Oh I would TOTALLY buy the single player version of XI. I've never played it but it has more appeal to me than XV.

    I'm thinking after 12 years, they're probably going to go Maintenance mode only. No more resources dedicated. Maybe one more patch to cap every single remaining story (make it gigantic) and be done with it.
