Do you only get given a code when order from NA store?

I received a code from clinking the green link box in my confirmation email, and I have not yet been charged to my credit card. I did order from the NA store, but see no reason why it should be different for EU, there's a way to check for your code looking at your account orders on the store site however.

I too have ordered from the EU store and my e-mail has no "green link box" in it, as well. Could you show us a screenshot (of course, blur/hide any personal information)?

more of the same here, i tink NA shop does it diferent all this, no code around, no link to any code, no green box, nothing except the confirmation info on me shop acount and the mail
