UPDATE: Finally got off the phone with them. It appears that if you have more than 1 copy in your cart when you check out, only one bonus code will be sent which is a system error. The support agent was very helpful and nice in informing me canceling the order to reorder at this time was not advised as stock may be low at this point and I may miss out on my physical CE.

They escalated my call and I was informed that support will handle my account and that I should see it resolved either today or in the next few days and to please have patience, it's a known issue they are working on.

give it a few days before calling support. If it's not in there by Thursday call so they can escalate your account.

I got the confirmation mail saying that another one with details will be sent out 10 days prior to release, and no Code or Instructions under my order list on the Store, Heavensward CE is there under Orders and its registered under my registered games.
I also checked my bank account and no payment has been withdrawn from it yet, either GlobalCollect is really slow or they dont really charge you until 10 days before, and my visa did go through so I hope everything is in order.
The 10 days before release is still before early access so Im not too worried. But for the peace of mind and getting the pre-order registered and have the EA code ready would be nice~

I just send an email for now.But I must say I'm very disappointed more then 24 h later when everything was supposed to be working and we have this problems.One can't but worry what is going to happen on the 19 and the 23 of June if they can't even get a pre-order date right :/

I think they had this kind of problems when game launched. Even NA side had these problems.

Just got a 2nd mail from SE with my Early Access code, but I did not register any pre-order code.. And still no money has been charged from my card. I am kinda suspicious its a fake but looks real to me.
Anyone else gotten their EA mail yet, that ordered from the EU Store?

I got the Early access code, but not the pre-order code.
No clue why the EU store handles stuff so differently compared to NA.
Just causes more confusion.

It seems to me that the EU store handles it differently than the NA store. if someone from the Community Team is around that confirmed this, please reply so we can get some peace of mind~
I guess with the EU store it skips the part with the pre-order code since the store account links with the SE account thingy, you get what I mean, since in the mail it says; Thank you for preordering, bla bla, you are entitled to following preordering items etc. And it is listed as one of my registered games under my profile on the EU Store.
