they got codes that dont work because they are not early access codes.
did the early access already start and you 'lost' playtime?
stop crying because you didn't get a code you wont be able to use before >2month.
just a curiosity. did you order physical copies for both of you? because the copy of your wife is exactly what i have on my screen.![]()
don't be stupid. I'm not crying. I just want to fix the problem now so i don't worry 2 days before the early access. i'm completely calm atm and i don't work today so i can do that. and now i'll go play FFXIV.
I had almost the same issue, but i never even received the confirmation mail. I wrote them yesterday about two hours after the sale started. I hadn't heard from them, and in the middle of the night i got worried that they might sell out, so i decided to place another order, with the idea that i could just cancel the "glitchy" order later. The new order went through with no issues. This time i got the confirmation mail, and the code was available with my order listed in the store. I've redeemed the code and seem to be all set.
I wrote to cancel my messed up order last night and went to bed.
I woke up to a mail from support, who were very willing to help me get my code for the original order, and not long after i got another mail informing me that my request to cancel the first order had been granted. The original order is gone from the site, and my fresh new working order is still there.

TL;DR
Despite the problems with the orders in the first place, try not to worry too much, because support is being relatively quick and really helpful, so you'll probably have your issue taken care of pretty soon.![]()
I'm on hold right now with them so if they can give me an answer I will update. I get the feeling that the preorder bonuses will be in the physical box that gets shipped to my house and not in an email. Since the digital is instant I guess it makes sense that it's there right now. Will update when I get through.
