I preordered 2 copies and only have one key sent to me I really don't want to sit in line again on the chat to talk to them...

I did a digital for myself and a physical for her as a surprise. The physical is not showing the bonus code, but my digital is.

I'm on hold right now with them so if they can give me an answer I will update. I get the feeling that the preorder bonuses will be in the physical box that gets shipped to my house and not in an email. Since the digital is instant I guess it makes sense that it's there right now. Will update when I get through.

UPDATE: Finally got off the phone with them. It appears that if you have more than 1 copy in your cart when you check out, only one bonus code will be sent which is a system error. The support agent was very helpful and nice in informing me canceling the order to reorder at this time was not advised as stock may be low at this point and I may miss out on my physical CE.

They escalated my call and I was informed that support will handle my account and that I should see it resolved either today or in the next few days and to please have patience, it's a known issue they are working on.
