I am having the same issue and just recently got off the phone with support. Essentially I received the email confirmation and can see my order on the web site, but the pre-order code does not appear.
Support told me that quite a few people have called about not receiving codes and that they are aware of the issue. They will be sending new codes to affected individuals.
It may still be worth calling if you are in the same boat since she elevated my issue.thank you for the info!

I am one of those people who haven't got their code yet. Still waiting...
One thing that has me confused about that is a lot of people posting here on the forums have already got codes.
even if they don't charge. they have issued a pre order code which you can redeem for an early access code that you will be able to use later.

Oh well, not much worried about it, I mean, even if they give me the code 10 days earlier than release, the early access is just 4 days earlier, so....
ok just finished my call with them. they couldn't help me haha :P because their server was too busy so they were unable to see my case but they will recontact me personally by email later to try to fix the problem. So at least I have flagged my problemnow i just have to wait.

Not much but at least they are working on it.
