UPDATE: Finally got off the phone with them. It appears that if you have more than 1 copy in your cart when you check out, only one bonus code will be sent which is a system error. The support agent was very helpful and nice in informing me canceling the order to reorder at this time was not advised as stock may be low at this point and I may miss out on my physical CE.

They escalated my call and I was informed that support will handle my account and that I should see it resolved either today or in the next few days and to please have patience, it's a known issue they are working on.
