Hello! I recently bough a ps4 and wanted to upgrade my account from ps3. I was playing the standard version of ps3 and wanted to upgrade to the Collector's Edition when I began playing on ps4. So after setting up my new ps4 i went to the Playstation store and purchased the Collector's Edition for $49.99, then went to Mogstation to upgrade the account there and that's when I learned about the promotion going on where you can upgrade to ps4 for free then get the collector's edition for $19.99. So i called Square Enix for support and they told me to call Sony and ask for a refund on the $49.99 Collector's Edition. I went to Sony and they granted the refund and told me just to wait a few days for it to go through. It eventually did and so i purchased the $19.99 Collector's Edition via Mogstation and then i got my promo code and redeemed it through PSN and downloaded the game client. After it downloaded i started it up and went through the on-screen instructions and selected "I currently possess a Square Enix account" it then asked me to long in so i used the same login i used on the ps3 version. It then asked me to select a product to register to my account, and it displayed "FFXIV: A Realm Reborn - Collector's Edition PlayStation(R)4" so i tried to select it but nothing happens. It simply doesn't mark that i selected it and the only option from there is "Next" that proceeds to ask me to create a new service account where i will lose all my character data which is something i do NOT want to do. Am I missing something crucial? Or is this a common problem? Help!![]()
