Upgraded from the free trial, but features are still restricted.

After trying out the free trail 2 days ago, I decided to buy FF14 off steam. After some stretch of gameplay, I realized some features were still not unlocked. Is there something I'm missing?

Example: Interacting with the Delivery Moogle results in the 'This function is not available on the free trail' message.

Sorry if you did this, but just checking, when Steam gave you the game code, have you actually added it to the Mogstation? (I've never converted a trial account, but to the best of my knowledge there's a section to do that on the Mogstation)

Make sure you add it to the current service account though and not as a new service account otherwise you'll have a completely blank new account with no characters and your actual character still on the trial account. If you did add it already, perhaps check this wasn't what happened? When you log in it has little tabs to show service accounts:



Unless you actually intentionally have 2 service accounts like this, you should only have the first "tab". When you click each tab (if you have more than one) the characters on the right change to show who is on what account.
