made a mistake when i pre ordered heavensward

i am not sure what to do but i bought the physical collectors edition because i did not see the digital download version for the PS3 as a option on the store. but then i saw that digital version was gonna be a thing for the PS3. yes it was a impulse buy but at the time i was thinking that there was not gonna be a digital version til after launch so i wanted to get the pre-order bonuses. that being said is it is it possible for me to get a refund and then pre order the digital version instead?

Have you tried calling the store to cancel your order?

I think I read in my preorder receipt or somewhere that as long as you haven't activated the preorder bonus key you can still cancel the order. It was one of those fine print details.
