Regarding gear, the overall level looks fine but a lot of it is crafted without materia (or materia doesn't show on lodestone). The point of the crafted stuff is to add materia. Without it I would consider it inferior to the non-crafted gear. It shouldn't make too much of a difference though.

Yeah, that was the first thing I noticed. Materia does show up on the Lodestone.

OP, you'll want to meld the gear and it'll be a lot more effective.
