Same, ordered from EU store, no code to be found.

I ordered from NA store but after ordering they sent me a email that had a green tab to click on to view my product and that took me to where it showed what i ordered nxt to the preorder was a instruction tab and a activate code tab.had to activate to get preorder code then instructions have a link for validating the code.Which gave me the actual code for game.EU might be diff tho.The code u get after validating the preorder code can't be used yet.when they give us the ok i think we use on mogstation

As stated on the pre-order code website, none of the codes you are issued will work yet. Here is a quote that appears on the page: "Please note that the below codes cannot be redeemed yet. We will email you as soon as the codes are able to be redeemed."

Pre-order codes are redeemable right away from the Heavensward pre-order sites:
North American Heavensward Pre-order site
European Heavensward Pre-order site

Once there you can redeem your 18-digit code you received when pre-ordering (AAAAAA-123-AAAAAA-123) and select the platform you wish to receive an early access code for. (If you pre-ordered from the NA SE Online store, then your pre-order code can be found by visiting your Square Enix Online Store account page. Click “My Account” at the top of store page, then click “Your Orders”. Your 18-digit Pre-order code will be displayed along with a button labeled “Instructions” on how to redeem it.)

If you're receiving an error saying that your code has already been used, then please contact the Square Enix Support site for your region (NA/EU) and let them know of the issue, and the code that you received, so they can investigate it.

There are 2 codes involved. The first one IS redeemable as stated in your quote. Once redeemed, you are given the early access registration code which is not yet redeemable.
