Collectors editions not being preordered in stores?

I think this needs an awnser from what I understood the CE were supposed to be available to preordered on the 16th of March. I went to GameStop today only to find out they aren't being preordered or even pre purchased.

Are other retailers going to get CE to be preordered or am I going to have to go through the headache of ordering it on the SE store and finding out how I would get on during the early access? And if other retailers are going to get CE to preorder when will this be?

I tried to preorder it at GameStop earlier today too and was told they didn't have them for sale. Guy made it sound like they'd ran out though but he wasn't sure when/if they'd get more in. I was disappointed because I'm considering a move in the next few months and I'd much rather have just picked it up from there than have to worry that it would get shipped to the wrong address or something. Ended up ordering it from the SE store anyway. :/

Called Best Buy today when preorders started. I was also told that it was not in their systems. Both of their websites only show the standard Ed. Really hoping they have them available soon.

Called my local walmart, target, bestbuy and gamestop and all told me they had not heard anything about selling CE version of the expansion. Didn't see any up on amazon either.

They said it would be available for pre-order on the 16th of March from the SE store. Other retailers would follow at later dates.

I hope so...really disappointed on how this rolled out. Site kept erroring me out..got as far as being able to put the order in and I get "booted"...didn't have anymore time to waste due to having to leave for work. Now I'm trying to put my order in now and it stops me at the shipping page and not moving onto payment in the checkout process -_-
