Does selene have a huge DPS boost?

About how much dps increase does selene give? Our dps composition is DRG NIN BRD SMN. I know that BLM will greatly benefit from the spell speed but I'm not really sure about skill speed. It seems to drain our dps' tp faster. This is for T13 by the way. Is it really worth to use selene in our team composition?

While I can't give you the exact % of how much Selene benefits my group in t13, she definitely has the ability to help us push phases quicker. That means less healing, less damage taken, and less tp used overall. I don't need to sing Paeon at all in t13, as phase 1 and 2 is done before we're starved. The final phase I'll sing a little Paeon before he drops down, but otherwise none there as well. Selene definitely benefits my group more than hinders it, although I don't know how she'll help a smn.

Oh, and as a reference, my group is brd/drg/mnk/blm.

You have a BRD...make him use paeon. I do not know why people fear skill speed so much, especially when you have things like goad and paeon in a lot of party compositions. Specifically for my group, I only goad our bard as he multi dots a lot which can rape TP like no other on BRD, and in turn he plays paeon for me and our DRG when we require it.
