It's also not a practice thing when the cursor will end up appearing randomly or in the placement of where you used the move last in relation to your character's position, and not being able to move whatsoever while aiming these moves set you up to being hit by something you could've dodged or completely discarding your current cast time to avoid it. The fluidity in being able to choose the placement while also multitasking on something else is what makes this game one-sided towards PC players and adding that ability to have a move so that the move autocasts to a position in relation to your character that the move can currently be casted on or teleported to would help lighten the burden these moves have already. This isn't about having fun with the move or doing something just because you can, this is about precision and using these moves to the best of the given potentials. Though not the fault of the SE developers this seems to be an oversight.
