Fantasia - Heavensward CE Only?

Just a quick question, hoping someone might know or if one of our community reps had an answer. On the Heavensward site, a fantasia potion is listed under the in game bonus items; however, when you look at the main picture detailing what is included in the collector's edition the fantasia is not mentioned anywhere.

does this mean the fantasia will be included across all versions? standard, bundle, ce etc

While including it for all versions would be the classy thing to do, my understanding is that it's CE only.

Pretty sure during the unboxing they said the fantasia was a CE only addon.
