Im come from Hong Kong but I can't purchase ANY versions of the pre-orders because the website just block the IP , and Amazon etc. will not deliver to Hong Kong.
What can I do.

I'm not very familiar with retailers in Hong Kong, but you might want to check out Play-Asia. They're a bit more expensive, but they do ship out of Hong Kong.
