Waited like 18 minutes and someone finally answered said 'thanks for calling Square Enix" and hung up on me.... >.<
Now I call back and it just rings - no automated service...

I got my pre order, but when trying to use the pre order code, it says that the code has already been used......
Good news! (sarcasm lol)
There is an entire thread (with admin response) about people getting a "code already used" error. http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...eady-Been-Used
Maybe they stopped/slowed the emails because they need to sort out their codes..
(still no email yet, I'll keep checking this thread ^^)
