I usually defend se but in this case that policy is pretty stupid an order is a order

And that is a legit statement. As is their "fine print". However, during the live letter and in subsequent posts about the items over a 100 dollars, they said it would be free. No one ever mentioned prior to today there would be any shipping cost for pre-orders. there was no distinction for free NON pre orders or NOT FREE pre order shipping

Either way, after 2 hours of trying, both the GF and I as well as other members of our FC and sister FC were able to get our CEs. Either way, you can still play ARR until the Heavensward discs show up in the mail.

Got mine, one physical and one digital copy. Was tempted to toss the postmoogle onto it, but didn't want to mess with shipping times.

I was camping the website since about 20 minutes before the pre-orders went live. Once the orders went live at 11 AM I was able to get through a little after 12 PM.

I paid 20USD for 2 day shipping, I wanted to do the overnight but thought husband might killed me if I added an additional $35. As it is he's less than thrilled about the $20

Well the preorder access allows you to play before get actual product and my experience from ordering directly from the company that makes the stuff usually get the stuff day of if not couple days before even with free/slower shipping choice

I have mine ordered; I didn't bother with the faster shipping options since I'm figuring we would be given a key through email, but we'll see if that blows up in my face.
