Missing an Item i purchased in my retainers inventory!

I just recently came back and before I left I had 2 fantasia potions,
5 months later which was a few days ago I payed for a one month sub and checked my inventory to find a total of (1) fantasia potion with the 2nd one missing from my inventory and 1 of which I purchased back around before I left the game for 5 months.
I want this looked into and or replaced because I will not buy anything else from the mog station if the items are going to disappear from my inventory if I decide to not pay a month sub or go out of town and come back to find my items gone.

Note: I had just used 1 of my potions when I came back not 2 since I only had 1 when I should have had the 2 in my inventory. I will submit 1 ticket per day if that is what it takes to get help on this.

P.S. they also spelled situation wrong lol
