Thanks for the reply! I looked there on my account page for the Store and it doesn't list anything like that. It just shows me my "Instructions" which give a pop up window with a link to the pre-order activation page and a link to the registration site for the actual SE account. No Pre-Order code anywhere to be found.

Right next to the "instructions" button there should be another button, I think it says "Download" or "Activate". Pressing that button will give you the code that you need to use at https://preorder.na.finalfantasyxiv.com to select which platform you want early access on and then it will generate your early access code.
