Add to cart > sign in > nothing in cart > go back to add to cart > has logged me out for whatever reason > sign back in > item is removed from cart > add back to cart > etc etc...

What the hell gives? I had this in my cart at 1:05PM, it acted like my zip didn't exist and now im stuck in this stupid loop...

You can probably call customer service later today or tomorrow (I'm sure they're getting swamped too right now) and just verify which address your order is set to. Either way, if you were able to finish the checkout process, you should have a copy locked in, and only the address that it's going to would be changed if the address was wrong.

Yeah good idea.
I tried to call but their automated system (which I only assume they use) didn't even pickup. Just kept ringing.... So I guess their phone service is just as busy as the website. I'll call later on to sort it out. Here's hoping I really do have that copy locked.

90% sure they will send you a code in the email you used to order or will allow you to D/L it via their site before that time. cuz the Heavensward bonus code says "DOWNLOAD".
