New claim system PL exploit?

im just wondering if this new claim system, since there is no "call for help" type thing out there, and outside people can just essentially help you kill what your fighting, that whats stopping someone from rolling around with a rank 50 and having them kill everything a low ranker claims?

Im not sure if this got brought up, but it seems kind of like and obvious exploit.

Well they can make it so you get EXP according to the DMG you actually did to the mob if they want to prevent PL. Will suck sometimes when a jackass goes around in low level area and kill claimed mobs just to aggravate people, but to counter that they can add a /nohelp command.
