Relic Nexus Question

They are suppose to drop. I was in the same boat, Was doing my relic for MNK and the queues were up to 45mins sometimes. They say you can get items while on another class, But it didn't feel that way. I tried to do so many dungeons as PLD and didn't get anything, then I would switch to MNK and it would drop call it RNG, but I felt like I had better chances on the class.

Nah. That's just coincidence. Myself and 3 members of my static did our first set of relics for our primary classes together. Since we were basically grinding dungeons nonstop, we'd swap up roles to keep things from getting a little too monotonous. The drop rate didn't seem to change at all no matter what class we were on. My last drop for that one was SV HM, which had me tearing my hair out because it took 30+ runs to drop. I went on pld, sch, blm, brd, and mnk various times because I can only tank that one so many times in a row before I facedesk.

I'm just waiting for someone to start the rumor that the drop rate is higher if you go on the job you're collecting for.
