Can I make Asian-looking characters out of Hyur Highlander female?

You can do it with the Midlanders just fine, but I was hoping to make an Asian female that's more built. The closest I got was with face 4, but it still felt too "western" with the facial structure. Does anyone know how to do it?

With only 4 facial options per race/clan combo, there is not a lot of latitude here. If Highlanders don't have one, I would look at Roe and Elezen to see what their facial options are. If there are none among those 2 as well... sadly I think you're out of luck; Square has said the reason the new race's females are small is, essentially, most people prefer playing small females, so it seems they're unlikely to add options to more built female characters in the future.
