considering that HW will also be bringing a 3rd playerbase with the addition of MAC users id *think* that more servers would be a no-brainer for SE. im anticipating a re-run of 2.0 launch with congestion and a temporary halt of digital sales of game/expansion. the only 100% certainty is se'll have to wait n see
