    You should be able to max your settings (though keep general draw quality on 8 as going above does not improve the graphics whatsoever. Can probably even have ambient occlusion on as well as depth of field

    Nah, AO is completely bugged (it slows down the game by 25-50% even on highend systems) and the implementation isn't nearly as impressive as in other games. It's not worth the lower framerate.
