If you still wanted to, you could take the rotation and rearrange like this:
[SwiftCast] > [DS] > [Med II] > [PoM] > [CureSpam]
or don't waste that swiftcast:
[PoM] > [DS] > [Med II] > [CureSpam]
If you use PoM during Med II's downtime Med II's GCD won't be affected by PoM (swiftcast only affects cast time). If you have more spell speed you can still do it this way, but it won't let you do 9 GCDs if you push even more spellspeed. Normally I don't use cure II or Cure during DS and almost always use cleric stance to fill in off-GCDs.
