So Europe misses out on a boxed CE of Heavansward? (PS3)

I notice Europe isnt getting a boxed PS3 Collectors Edition only a Digital version.
Thats kinda unfair and sucks, I mean we got Collectors Editions of ARR, Lightning Returns, FFXIII, FFXIII-2, FFX HD and the two Kingdom Hearts remasters - so why not this?

I've been looking forward to that sweet boxed edition since it was announced and would seriously like an answer to this please.
Just seems odd to skip us out since NA is getting it.

Edit: (I'm a UK player so I'd be happy if they just released an English version of the CE over here, if multiple languages are the reason for not printing it lol)

Those games (except ARR) don't exist for PS4 yet. And the PS3 ARR CE came out before the PS4 version.

People would just quit this game, they dont buy a new console just for 1 game they want to play.
And I doubt SE gives us PS3 user a Free PS4!

Yoshi already said they would like to drop the PS3 because of too many limitations to their system with it and they will be doing it sometime in the future, maybe in the next year or so.

And no, it wouldn't be stupid, the PS3 is old and out of date, they are limiting what they can do for a system that can't handle it. A used PS4 is like 200$ ... that is saving 50$ on a bi-weekly paycheck ... o.O

Then buy other games to go with it, or Buy a PC, your using a nearly 8 year old console that cannot run much anymore, so truly its like saying you cannot play this game on a .. lets say Dell studio 1515 (came out the same year as the ps3 i beleave) and it is there fault when advancements of tech have come out :\

all ps3 users are now slowly getting phased out with only 2 choices upgrade or be left behind.
