I sent off an email enquiring about it yeah. Still not 100% sure if licensed software falls under this regulation unfortunately. It's well worthwhile popping an email to the uk office mentioning it though, as ever, the more people raise the issue, the more likely something is to actually happen about it.

And yeah, it's safe to assume that the UK and EU stock draws from the same pool, so a UK no show won't change anything (Except the profit margins!).

And just to stress the point again, try to remember this pricing nonsense is almost certainly down to SE's finance department rather than anyone we are going to find on here. I fully except the SE-EU team are just as frustrated and powerless about this as we are.

So after the pre-order site reopened the cost for physical Collector's in UK is still 130 pounds? This is because I live in Australia and the EU Square Enix website like to IP block their traffic so I am left with the Australia website that only has digital games only. EB is one of the retailers that will be carrying the Physical/boxed CE here in Aus.
Look around at the various AUS threads where the mod has already confirmed this ^^

Our digital CE price is $68.99 AUS - So only $10 more then the NA equivalent.

No I am just curious if the price stayed the same for the Europeans are it appeared before at 130 pounds which I think is a bit far fetched to have 130USD = 130 GBP

Edit: Looks like someone answered by question earlier they did not changed it and kept it at 130 GBP. I am not sure if this bodes well for us Aussies having to bear the grunt of the exchange rate as well 130 GBP is like 250 AUD or maybe we get lucky to have it at 130AUD lol

This has taken it too far now, why are we being penalised for living in the EU, why is the physical version of this collectors edition not converted correctly with the rates that NA or JP have to pay. I mean seriously SE get your heads out off your money grabbing asses there is no way that a really crap dragon statue and an art book is £80 as the difference in price between the digital and physical copies is ridiculous. £129.99 for physical and £44.99 for digital version. I would say do the maths and work this out but obviously you guys can't even do that as you think conversion rate works by changing the currency label.
I'm sorry SE but I think I shall now pay you in Gil I converted my UK money it's completely fair to do as you have just shown us by this ridiculous price tag so now I shall pay my subscription in Gil to you.
