We are aware of an issue a small number of SE Store customers (EU) seem to encounter when choosing PayPal to pay for their pre-order and are already looking into this as a matter of urgency. Where is the PS3 version at the european store?

In Europe, the PS3 version of Heavensward will only be available via digital download on the PlayStation Store at a later date. There are currently no plans for this to be made available on the European Square Enix Store or Boutique.
