    I keep getting this error when I check out.
    We are unable to process your request at this time. The customer support has already been informed about this situation and will get in touch with you if necessary. (Error ID: 5002)

    Anyone met the same issue? I need help, it's been like this from yesterday.

    That kept happening with me too. Keep trying you should get through to the page eventually, high traffic on the site may be causing issues

    Dunno if anyone else has had this problem but i can get to the checkout and tick to accept the terms but then the pay now button does nothing at all. It's like there's no link assigned to it.

    You need to select your payment method first - that will activate the button and take you through to the billing page
