Please fix the Store

i have a question , for who payed with paypal account...

currently, my pre-order payment is listed as suspended, waiting for authorization...
is it normal? xD
It's been so long since the last time I payed with paypal >_>

it also says that the shipping address is missing,even thoug my address is associated to my card..

Strange I payed with paypal, because my credit card is an idiot, so I do it with that. And it went without problem. I placed the order. I think you have to add your address manually again in SE store (I added it before i went to pay)

did the "1 euro" bill" got authoirzed immediatly for you?
I've contacted paypal support and they say that my problem is that SE did not took that 1 euro from my credit card, yet, apparently >_>

No problem.
I checked now with my paypall, and i have linked my card with it. so maybe is like Silberschwinge said.

I can conform that my euro was taken and I got confirmation email and early access code for heavensward.

the funny thing is that I've already received pre-order confirmation and early acces code email, lol

I had a similiar problem while trying to order my CE via PayPal. One question - have you authourized your bank account on PayPal for SEPA Direct Debit?
The case for me was that I didn't, and after I logged into my PayPal account and authorized it, I could place and pay my preorder just fine.

I don't have a bank account linked to paypal... do I really need to put my IBAN and then authorize the direct debit? >_>

Unfortunately, I really don't know how things work on PayPal when you use a credit card, since I don't even have one.
Sry that didn't really help with your problem, I hope you'll be able to work it out somehow :c
