Please fix the Store

Have just pre-ordered from Square Enix EU but I did not get a pre-order code for early access in the confirmation email. What can I do? please help

I do not think you get the early access code until closer to release aka like 10 days before maybe since your not charged for it until 10 days prior roughly. Technically you have not bought it yet, you have reserved it and will pay for it closer to release so you wouldn't get the code until pay for it. At least that is how it works here when I placed my order both according to the order description and fact haven't been charged yet and wont be charged until closer till release. It might be different for other places ordered from though I guess.

Is it a Sony/Other practice? I remember that the PS Vita was launched at virtually the same numbers across the world. And I think when it first got its price drop, they dropped the price to the same number.

Edit: I mean, I think I've seen other launches of things come with the same "launch price". Vita launched $249.99 / 249.99 GBP. When it's price dropped to $199.99 it went to 199.99 GBP

I see what you mean. Now correct me if I'm wrong (seriously) but there is still one things I don't understand:
Ok to say £36 + VAT (20%) ~= £45. But France's VAT is also 20% so why is it cheaper? 49,99 euros with VAT so much less without, about 40 euros = £29, +20% VAT => £36! It's like they added the VAT twice in the UK.

I'm not a tax expert and I may be wrong on that though. It looks like it to me but there could be something I don't understand @__@ But IF my understanding is correct then yes they'd apply VAT twice (or rather just decide to put a higher price because they can).

It'd be nice if they just added support for more countries. They told us Australia and New Zealand were getting support, and that was back in 2012. It's 2015. Why can't I buy from the Square Enix Store? At the very least, I should be able to buy a digital copy.

Welcome to SE Europe where we convert by just changing the currency sign. I'm starting to think SE think we are all idiots, how does the UK pay a higher amount then the rest of the EU when the game is shipping from the UK. Can someone at SE actually get off there backsides and answer this dam question once and for all what the hell did you guys do with converting currency that we have to pay more then the NA and JP players, why does the EU just get shafted by you?

I still want that t-shirt for free with every copy of the game people in the EU buy for the screw up you guys made and the delay you caused.
