I don't know which country you live in but other EU retailers will have the game available. I suggest you contact your favorite retailer to get information on the exact time they start to accept preorders.

However, please note that at the moment the Square Enix store is the only place where you can preorder the Mac version of the game.

I have phoned GAME, Grainger Games, Amazon and a few other retailers in the UK and none have any info on Heavensward nor have heard of it. Hell, some guy in GAME tried making me preorder XV adamant that was the expansion for XIV.
