Please fix the Store

As some of you have already noticed we are currently experiencing technical issues with the European Square Enix store. Please rest assured that we are investigating the issue and will let you know as soon as the problem has been addressed. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience and understanding.

Could you at least confirm if other european retailers will have it, please? We got a confirmation for the NA, but not for us.

I don't know which country you live in but other EU retailers will have the game available. I suggest you contact your favorite retailer to get information on the exact time they start to accept preorders.

However, please note that at the moment the Square Enix store is the only place where you can preorder the Mac version of the game (in EU).

I have phoned GAME, Grainger Games, Amazon and a few other retailers in the UK and none have any info on Heavensward nor have heard of it. Hell, some guy in GAME tried making me preorder XV adamant that was the expansion for XIV.

I know, the guy wouldn't back down when i said he was wrong. He just said "Sorry, i am positive this is the game you need" Then proceeded to help someone else.

Also tried GAME this morning, they said they have no release information.

Thank you for your reply. Anyway, are you talking about the CE too? That's what most of us are interested to know.

if by EU you mean EUROPE as a whole, then I can tell you that is NOT the case, none of the shops I asked where I live have that in pre-order. If you mean EU as Euro Zone, which exclude countries that are not part of the Euro-Zone, then I might agree with you, so my question is...how can those that live in EUROPE but are not part of EURO - ZONE gone have that

a)pre-ordere andi f pre-order exists
b) shipped

as far as it looks so far, I do live in a french speaking countr/german speaking country and italian speaking coutry (yes all three of them) BUT I cannot pre-order and even less have it delivered to my home because I do not live in France, Germany or Italy

Any answer to that ?
