Must the SE Store account and Game account be linked/the same?
Cause I ordered my CE (both for my boyfriend and for me) with an account I use just to shop, that doesn't correspond to my FF14 account at all.
Can I still apply the codes on the other account?

BTW, yeah, you are right. CE is shipped with DHL.
