Unfortunately this means that they will ship the CE with the most cheapest shipping method (Royal Mail).
I don't know you, but here in Italy packages sent with Royal Mail usually get lost or they take a veeeery long time (about 2-3 weeks) in order to be delivered.
I hope they will let us choose the shipping method.
I'm ready to pay more, but I really need DHL...

On my preorder it says DHL, but I'm from Slovenia, they probably don't have other means to sent stuff here (I'm surprised they didn't tell me: sorry we don't ship to Slovenia, I normally get that answer):

I am from Austria, it also said the Shipping is free and the email i received say it will be shipped with DHL

I'm still trying to get the boxed CE for PS4 with PayPal (since I don't have a credit card that's my only option) and it keeps on telling me that it doesn't work due to some security issues

Thank you for pointing this out. We are aware of an issue a small number of SE Store customers (EU) seem to encounter when choosing PayPal to pay for their pre-order and are already looking into this as a matter of urgency. We will keep you up to date and let you know as soon as we have an update on the situation.

So Square Enix, will we be able to upgrade a physical standard edition of Heavensward with a digital collector's? Like it was the case for ARR, for those of us who want both a box and the digital rewards without paying twice (because we shouldn't have to pay twice for it).

The early access codes will be sent in another email, but they are inactive for now as SE hasn't brought that system online yet. We'll all get emailed when we can use the codes.

Just to confirm for everyone, when pre-ordering from the European SQUARE ENIX Store you should receive an Early Access code in a separate email within 30 minutes of placing your order.

Once these are sent, you can retrieve your code by logging in to the SE Store, and going to the SE Web account control panel here: http://eu.square-enix.com/en/account

However, these Early Access codes cannot be registered on the Mog Station until closer to the launch of FINAL FANTASY XIV: Heavensward on June 23, 2015.

You will receive another email at a later date notifying you when your code can be redeemed.

I'm concerned as I ordered 2 copies because I have 2 FFXIV accounts but only received 1 code in my email. Surely I should have received 2 codes for ordering 2 copies.
Twitter replied and couldn't answer my question so I have sent off an email to support and maybe someone on here can clear this up too.

The process slightly differs depending on region and retailer, but for orders on the European Square Enix Store, you should be sent an email containing an early access code for each copy purchased.
