How can you justify allowing people to order before 07:00, which was the widely publicised time of release? You do understand that doing so gives an unfair advantage to some and not others, do you not? If you're not careful SE will face a Ratner's/Top Shop Situation.

And this is SE, why you should leave the selling to non-centralized retailers

If you sold it via Amazon/Gamestop/addretailernamehere i could probably have ordered it a day after you announced it in your Live Stream, but now? Now i have to look if your god damn store works for the next days until i actually am able TO GIVE YOU MY MONEY!

Doesnt that sound ridiculous? Yes, it really does...

Got mine Pre-orderd too, before site is down. Copy of pre-order confirmation e-mail saved in several places and printed off just in case

Got my EU boxed pre orders in at 6:58 as they were available from 6:55. Now apparently the website is down already...
I have conformation email and the code email as well as it was showing up on my orders on my SE account so I believe I'm safe.

But SE need to pull their heads out their butts on this one. 1st Expansion and a big flop up for their customers to even secure a copy. They have had enough time already.

finally got to check out Clicked to pay AGAIN (since first time didn't go though) and MAINTINANCE seriously SE we have waited 48 hours while the US and JAPAN buy there stocks thin, and if your wondering why we are getting annoyed with this, its because when you have a limited stock you don't tease us like a fat chocobo

i swear it would be ALOT easier if you just said "we don't want the uk to have it" because at this rate thats the way it seems,

It *is* still possible to get through and pre order, but spamming refresh when throwing around card details isn't one of my favourite pastimes to say the least.

Sets the tone for this expansion doesn't it.
