Rookie error, should have logged in and save payment and delivery details before you ordered.
All I had to to do was add to basket, click checkout and then click pay!

I did all that, but I was not at the computer when they put the game up on the site. So I was some minutes late with my order.

I also did all that, on Sunday, the day before release. The German language site was giving database errors from 06:55 until it collapsed at 07:02 (or thereabouts).
