Converting gathering off-hand

Why I can't convert botanist scythes or miner sledgehammers into materia? Such a waste! Please fix this S-E!!

Are you trying to convert items that are rewarded from class quests, or arent 100% spiritbonded? Other items convert into materia just fine.

100 spiritbonded. Not sure are they quest rewards. But you cant convert quest rewards?! No-one told me that..

What the lala above me wrote. Inside of the description there is a line that says ''Convertible: no/yes''
If it says no the item cannot be converted into materia. Most class quest off hands I believe cannot be converted.
Most quest items however can be converted (check whether it says or not)

If you are talking the weathered/recruits offhands, those specifically say in their description: "Convertible: No"
