"Newish" player looking for Fc

so I'm somewhat new to ffxiv but I have past exp in wow and guild wars 2 I'm looking for a guild just starting raiding currently lvl 47 whm getting close to 50 I'm already in a guild but it doesn't seem to be working well /tell me if interested (Iluvata Tarseer)

I'm in a very similar situation. I just hit 50 and am looking to join a FC with end game in mind but also with the understanding that I won't be doing the absolute final content for awhile.
