world transfer

Hi everyone.

Ok the thing is this. I want a suggestion.

First of all im italian and my server its Zodiark. Of course its european. I play and most of the Times only at night. So long queues, impossible duties bcoz there arent a lot of ppl online. Now this is my problem. Im thinking to switch to a North american server because when i play at night in North america it Will be afternoon with a lot of players online! So its a lot more entertaining For me.

Now heres the question. How much does it costs a world transfer and which ia the most populated server in NA?
And last but not less important what about lag? I repeat im italian so if i play in NA server will i have lag issues? THX A LOT!
