    general rant :(

    After the NA data world's issues my token app has unsynched (again) only this time the emergency removal password is not working and I now cannot play until the phone centres open up again. I'm now at work, won't be home in time and won't be able to use the phone helpline until possibly next weekend as the token is on my tablet connected to my home wifi. Why can you not have 24 hr phone centres? I kinda wanted to play now as I can't sleep!

    Rant over. Also I have built a bridge for all the trolls

    I cannot ever recall my app (iPhone/Pad version) getting out of sync, it's worked everyday I've used it, which is daily.
    Even this weekend, when we had all of the disconnects, I still could login with the token.

    Sounds fishy... emergency removal password doesn't change either.

    I did it a week or two ago when my application broke.

    Be sure to double check your emergency removal code next time you do it.
